Parcel Unboxing Requirement

To ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our team, we strongly advise recording a clear video while opening your parcel.

This unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return or exchange request.

Damaged Item Policy

If your product arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • A complete unboxing video must be provided showing the parcel being opened from the sealed packaging.

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The request must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, Shopfialova will fully cooperate to resolve the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or exchange.

Change of Mind

Please note that returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not accepted.
